Donna Mehr, Owner and Managing Director
For nearly three decades, Donna Mehr, owner of Toccata Donor Data Solutions has worked with nonprofits to increase their capacity to acheive their missions.
Donna has been involved in virtually every aspect of nonprofit development including event management, annual fundraising, donor communications, and prospect research. She leverages her fundraising knowledge to build strategic, highly-functional data infrastructures for her nonprofit clients.
Donna holds an M.A. from Duke University, where she studied philanthropy and civic engagement, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management also from Duke, and an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Florida State University.
Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, she lives in Raleigh, NC with her husband, daughter, and two retired racing greyhounds, Basil and Nessa.

Rachel Silverthorn, Senior Database Consultant
Rachel joined Toccata in the fall of 2023, and specializes in helping nonprofit clients organize, and configure their donor management and online fundraising tools into streamlined, integrated, documented workflows. Additionally, Rachel utilizes her skills in project management to provide each client with an execllent experience.
