At Toccata, we already know the ins-and-outs of your system. We’ll quickly get to know the ins-and-outs of your organization — and build and maintain an organized, strategic, data management system to support your fundraising.
Our ongoing (or temporary) monthly services provide you with an expert database manager always on-hand to ensure data integrity, build reports, pull mailing lists, import external data, manage your back-end communications, keep your coding system organized, and keep your systems documented for future team members.
Monthly services include (but not limited to):
Offline and online gift entry & receipting management.
Duplicate maintenance, record integrity, and data entry consistency.
Email list management and maintenance (integration / sync between systems when applicable).
Customized mailing list generation (such as year-end appeal, event invitations, lapsed donors, mid-level donors, major gifts, etc…)
Management of electronic receipting, campaign codes, and other integrations (including website, quickbooks, peer-to-peer, 3rd party donation forms, etc…)
Custom filters and reports on request.
Donor prospecting, prospect research, donor engagement, and retention tracking.
Event administration (one cause, mobilecause, QGiv, native tools, or other event management software, follow-up communications, syncing/integration between software systems when applicable).
Standard operating procedures online documentation built and maintained, including text, links, and custom videos.
Plans & Pricing
How it works: You’ll fill out an inquiry form below, then you can schedule a 30-minute consultation (schedule below) to discuss your needs and identify which plan is right for you.
Based on our conversation, we’ll send you a custom proposal outlining tasks and objectives, plan level, start date, and estimated length of service.
Once you’ve reviewed the proposal and are ready to move forward, you’ll sign and return the letter of agreement with a 25% deposit on the first month’s service. Then, we’ll set up your client portal where we’ll track progress on your project, and schedule our project kick-off meeting.
Essentials Plan
$900 monthly
• Up to 4 hours per month of additional custom support as requested
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual custom reports
• Ongoing constituent review and gift management
• Ongoing CRM and integration maintenance
• Updates on system upgrades, new features, and strategy for system improvements.
Plus Plan
$1350 monthly
• Up to 6 hours per month of additional custom support as requested
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual standardized reports
• Ongoing constituent review and gift management
• Ongoing CRM and integration maintenance
