Donor Management Systems are not one-size-fits all
While there are a plethora of great systems on the market, not all of them are well-suited for your organization. With so many to choose from, it’s often overwhelming to know where to start.
Our in-depth knowledge of many nonprofit CRM systems (as well as our familiarity with most other systems currently on the market) allows us to provide you with unbiased recommendations for the best CRM and fundraising tools to support the unique needs of your organization.
We make sure you thoroughly understand not just the benefits, but the limitations of each system that the sales reps often won’t readily reveal.
We go beyond just presenting you with recommendations—we help manage your project from assessment through onboarding, taking the lead on communications with CRM sales reps.
We ensure your questions are answered, help you weed through the often complicated sales proposals (with all their added-on upgrade and service packages) and guide you through the onboarding and migration process.
How it Works
We’ll start with a 60-minute introductory consultation. Then, once we decide to work together and schedule your project, we’ll start the CRM selection process:
Step 1: Selection Consultation ($100)
Your project starts with a 45-60 minute consultation to discuss your current challenges, desired features, integration needs, recurring transactions, budget limitations, and timelines.
Based on your individual needs, we’ll make initial recommendations of CRM for your considerations, and review pros and cons of each system as you begin the process.
An $100 charge for this consultation, which will be credited towards the total project cost when you book our full CRM selection services.
Step 2: Needs Assessment with Full Recommendations
Once you book full CRM selection, you’ll receive a report of 2-4 recommended donor management systems including estimated costs, pros and cons, stand-out features, etc… along with what you won’t hear from the product sales teams.
Using a screen-share, we’ll walk you through a brief demo of each recommended system as we review your report and decide which CRMs to review in greater-depth.
Step 3: In-depth System Demos (Optional)
Cost: $900 (less the previous $100 fee from Step 1, if applicable).
We’ll participate in virtual appointments with each CRM sales team for a detailed demonstration of each potential system.
We’ll ask questions on your behalf and address potential issues based on our previous experience with the product and your individual needs.
Step 4: Final System Selection and Onboarding Assistance
Additional Cost: $900
We’ll meet to debrief, review proposals, discuss onboarding packages, and answer any remaining questions. Once you make a determination, we’ll outline next steps.
We’ll be there to guide you through the onboarding process and ensure your system is set up correctly from the start.
