Our Process
Step 1 •Inquiry
We’ll begin with a brief call to discuss your organization’s needs, challenges, short-term and long-term goals and explore if we are a good fit to work together.

Step 2 •Engagement
After our inquiry call, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining the deliverables we’ve discussed, along with the cost and letter of agreement for our work together.
We’ll meet again to review the proposal and make sure all your questions are answered.
When you’ve decided to move forward, we’ll both sign our agreement, you’ll make your initial payment, and we’ll get ready to kick-off our project!

Step 3• Kick-off
We’ll dive into your systems for an overview of your data and then meet with your team to discuss details of your greatest priorities, biggest challenges and project logistics.
Based on our initial assessment, we’ll put together the deliverables and detailed timeline shared with you inside our project hub.

Step 4•Implementation
Phase 1: Diagnostics and Core Functionality
During this phase, we begin a deep exploration of your systems, diagnosing any major issues, while at the same time ensuring your data is organized and all key elements and core tools are in place and functioning properly.
We’ll build key custom reports, assess data integrity, recommend the very best option for managing your email, implement a gift coding strategy, set up Bloomerang Fundraising forms and integration, and recommend automations to streamline your workflows.
Phase 2: Automations, Workflows, and Integrations
With your vision clarified, and core functionality established, and implementation plan created, we’ll shift focus to configuring and connecting your supporting applications and platforms.
